The coordinator of the daycare is always a pleasure to deal with. She is very kind and understanding to the diverse personal situations of the parents. There are other staff at this day care that sadly do not live up to her. My child went to this day care and there were more than a couple times where i witnessed bullying that the staff witnessed but did not address at all. I do know they discipline the children for bullying but are sadly not consisten when it comes to addressing situations as they arise. I would enjoy that the staff be trained better to deal with bullying issues because at this young delicate age they are learning social skills and behaviours that they will carry with them for life.
